It’s Tuesday, which can only mean one thing… TONGUES OUT! 😂👅

The dogs have been working hard, playing hard, sniffing ALL the things, and apparently forgot to put their tongues back in. 😂

So “Tongue Out Tuesday” has some seriously silly faces, happy pups, and plenty of drool! 🐾❤️

Because around here, a little tongue hanging out is just another sign of a PAWTY well enjoyed! 😜🐶👅

🐾 Cat Drop-In Wrap-Up! 🐾

A great week with Gus 💙 & Junior 💖! 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Gus💙 made an appearance at the beginning of the week, but once he figured out I was coming back regularly, he decided the basement stairs was the perfect spot to keep an eye on me from a safe distance. 😻He’d give me a little greeting… then disappear!

Junior💖, on the other hand, started coming downstairs to greet me, although I’m pretty sure her real goal was to convince me to let her outside. 😹

Lots of fresh water & food, clean litter boxes, and plenty of check-ins to make sure these two were happy and cared for while their paw’rents were away. 🐾❤️

And the best part? Their paw’rents came home to happy cats… who apparently wanted to make sure they were really welcomed home by gifting them a little mouse. 🙄🐭

Another successful Kitty Drop-In week in the books! 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛💙💕🐾

I’m very grateful to Shelly… and, of course, her very talented fur baby sous chef, Louie! 😂👩‍🍳🐶

Mama Shelly supervises, Louie assists, and somehow I always end up the very grateful recipient of their culinary creations! 🫂❤️

Today’s haul included fresh veggies straight from her garden 🥒🌱 AND a homemade zucchini brownie! 🍫

So here I sit, enjoying my brownie with a glass of goat 🐐milk, feeling pretty spoiled. 🥰

Thank you, Shelly, for always thinking of me and sharing the goodness from your garden and your kitchen. It’s these little acts of kindness that make my heart (and my belly ☺️) very happy! ❤️Sarah

This is so beautiful ✝️😻

Every morning, visitors to a quiet cemetery in Brazil began finding the same peaceful sight: a black-and-white stray cat curled up in the arms of a statue of Jesus. 🥹🐱❤️

The cat had been wandering the cemetery for some time, receiving food and water from kind visitors. Eventually, the statue became his favorite place to rest, offering a warm, elevated spot where he could sleep undisturbed.

Photos of the peaceful scene quickly spread online, touching animal lovers who saw something beautiful in the cat's choice of resting place. While the cat may not understand why people stop to admire him, his presence has brought unexpected comfort to many visitors.

Sometimes, a safe place to sleep and a little kindness are all an animal needs to feel at peace. 🐾❤️

I was just going to get a couple of succulents… 🌵
Now I have hedgehogs, TWO wagons, a gnome and their own little community. 😂🦔
Somewhere along the way, I’ve grown a whole new heart for plants. 🌱💚
I think I’ve officially created succulent pets. 😂🥰🌱🪴New fondness started in May. Thanks Em 🥰🤟🏻❤️

What a whirlwind of a petsit! Between walks, cuddles, belly rubs, purrfect chin scratches, and plenty of clucking fun with the girlies, we soaked up every minute. ❤️

We had a little visit from Mother Nature with a thunderstorm ⛈️💨and high winds, followed by a much nicer afternoon. 🌤️ The Littles 🐥🐥handled coming inside like champs… although bedtime brought out a tiny bit of protest. 😂🐥

Meeko, Little Urchin, Betty White & Tabitha kept the furry department busy, while Poppy, Goldie, Dottie & Mabel handled the feathered department! 😂🐔

I had the absolute pleasure of spending time with sweet Rosie🌹, a beautiful rescue girl who had a very rough start in life before finding her wonderful PAWrents. 🐾❤️

When we first started our time together, Rosie 🌹was understandably very timid and unsure. So instead of asking her to trust me before she was ready, I simply followed her lead. We took things slowly, one little step at a time. 👣🐾

And what a beautiful journey it became. 🥹🌹

From getting comfortable enough to eat with me, to choosing to sit beside me, relaxing in my presence, and eventually heading out for some wonderful walks together, Rosie showed me that trust doesn’t have to be rushed. It can be built quietly, patiently and on their terms. 🐾

One of my favourite moments was seeing her settle right beside me with that big, contented sigh. It was such a small moment, but it said so much. ❤️🫂

I am so proud of this sweet girl and the progress she made during our time together. Her PAWrents have given her the safe, loving home she deserves, and I feel incredibly grateful that I got to be a small part of her journey. 🐶🌹❤️

Sometimes the most PAWSITIVE connections are the ones that take a little time to find. 🐾🌹🥰
