Do you know someone thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely experienced with pets who’d be a perfect fit for our team?

We’re on the lookout for a Kennel Assistant to join us here in Londonderry, NSW. This is a hands-on role at our boutique boarding facility, caring for furry guests with heart, structure, and high standards.

This is a long-term casual role with a minimum of two consistent days per week, and the opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time position for the right person. Availability across weekdays, weekends, and school holiday periods is expected.

Ideally we are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a pet care environment such as a kennel, cattery, veterinary clinic, or grooming setting. We need someone who is confident working independently and also great in a team.

✨ What the role involves:

• Providing day-to-day care for our four-legged guests, including feeding, walking, and structured routines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented space inside and out
• Greeting clients and handling guest drop-offs and pick-ups
• Observing wellbeing and behaviour, and keeping the team informed
• Creating a calm, consistent experience for both pets and their humans 🐾

💰 Pay & Perks:

• Starting rate of $25/hour
• Higher rates may apply if you:
✓ Have your own car and can help with our Pet Taxi service 🚗
✓ Have professional grooming experience ✂️
✓ Bring practical dog training or behaviour experience

This girl has been brought to Macquarie Veterinary Clinic Windsor this morning. She has no microchip or ID. Unfortunately the pound is full and can’t take her.
We have very limited space to hold big dogs.
Please share this post as much as possible so we can get her home asap.
She was found Woods Road South Windsor.

Corns in dog pads.
Limping dog? Please make sure to check their footpads. Dogs can have corns just like humans. They are quite painful and need to be removed. A simple procedure can make your pet pain free. More common in big dogs and greyhounds. This is the foot of a Greyhound who was seen yesterday and been limping for months.
