Our Show Jumping Training Day is almost here! We can't wait to see you all on Sunday 2nd August.
Important information for the day:
* 7:30 am β Course building begins. If you're already at the grounds, we'd really appreciate an extra pair of hands helping to build the course.
* Aim to commence rounds no later than 8:30 am.
We'll be starting with cross rails, so if you're entered in that height, please be warmed up by 8.30. Once all riders wanting to do x-rails we will pop them to 50cm. We'll work progressively through the heights throughout the day.
There is no draw order. Please see the Marshall to add your name to order.
If there are no riders waiting in the warm-up, we'll begin building to the next height, so keep an eye on our social media for class updates throughout the day.
Warm-up rules
* Maximum 4 horses in the warm-up arena.
* Please listen to the Marshall and move to the gate promptly so you're ready to start your round as soon as the rider before you finishes.
* If you're riding multiple horses at the same height, please have your second horse ready to go - we won't hold the class while you change horses.
* Jump warm up fences with the red ribbon on the right of the jump.
* Maximum 3 rounds per horse.
After 3 refusals, please leave the course, regroup and youβre welcome to come back when you're ready.
Facilities & parking
* Gate access via Starvation Lane. Code will be there.
* Spectators: Please park in the Ag Avenue car parks (not float parking).
* Yards: Can be booked through the CSU Equine Centre. Please avoid parking in the campsite parking area. We are very fortunate to use these facilities, so please clean up after your horse before leaving.

On the day
* Helmets must be worn at all times.
* Casual riding attire.
* Our committee-run canteen will have coffee, soft drinks and a BBQ running throughout the day - come and say hello!
* Tenley Snow Photography will be capturing the day, so don't forget to smile.
* ESA merchandise (polos and vests) will be available for purchase.
* Be sure to grab a raffle ticket at the ESA tent - we've got some fantastic prizes up for grabs!
There are still a few rounds available on the day at this stage, but we'd really appreciate competitors entering online beforehand where possible.
If your name is highlighted on the entry list, please pop past the ESA tent - we'll most likely just need to confirm your membership/insurance number or payment.
Volunteers
We'll be packing up after the event on Sunday. If you have a spare 10β15 minutes at the end of the day, we'd really appreciate your help. Many hands make light work!
Looking forward to a fantastic day and seeing everyone on Sunday βοΈ
