✨ Another Milestone Reached ✨

Today, Multitasking Mum has reached a significant business milestone — I've officially hit the point where I must register for GST.

To be completely honest, it's a little scary and overwhelming. With growth comes new responsibilities, new challenges, and a lot of learning. But it also means this little business is continuing to grow, and for that I am incredibly grateful.

Unfortunately, GST registration means there will be a rate increase to reflect this additional charge moving forward. I understand that any increase can impact household budgets, and I never take that lightly.

If these changes make your current service difficult to maintain, I would love to have an open conversation with you. Where possible, I'd much rather adjust service frequency, inclusions, or cleaning priorities than lose you as a valued client altogether. Of course, I also completely respect that you may need to make a decision that works best for your circumstances.

Thank you to every single person who has supported Multitasking Mum along this journey. Your trust, recommendations, and ongoing support have helped make this milestone possible, and I genuinely couldn't have done it without you. ❤️

A personal update from me 💙

After a lot of consideration, stress, sleepless nights, and more tears than I’d like to admit — I’ve made the very difficult decision to step back from physically working in the business.

This hasn’t come easily.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve poured everything into building this business from the ground up. I’ve shown up every day, both behind the scenes and out in the field, and I am so incredibly proud of what it has grown into — especially the team I’ve built along the way.

I trust my team in your homes, and I trust them to continue delivering the standard of work we’ve become known for.

Moving forward, I will be focusing on running and managing the business behind the scenes so I can better support both my team and my family.

This transition will happen over the course of the next two weeks.

You may still catch me out in the field from time to time if I need to step in and support my team, however the majority of my time will now be dedicated to business administration — which means no more messages sitting for days and no more unresolved invoices.

I will be available:
Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 3:15pm

For emergencies, important information, or cancellations, you will be able to text the business number (which will be updated on the page this week).

I will be clocking off in the afternoons to be present for my children, and will return to messages between 8:30pm – 10pm.

I truly hope everyone understands this change. If this arrangement doesn’t suit you, or you wish to make changes to your service, please reach out as soon as possible.

Thank you — genuinely — for all the support over the last 3 years. This business has grown so much, and I’ve reached a point where I simply can’t continue doing everything without burning out.

This change will also allow me to be available again for one-off site quotes, which I know many of you have been waiting on.

I appreciate you all more than you know.

Friday Confession of a Cleaner 🧼💙
Week who even knows 🤷‍♀️🤣

Confession time… I haven’t done one of these for a few weeks 😅

Truth is — things have been legitimate CHAOS behind the scenes. As the business keeps growing (which I’m so grateful for 🙏), the admin side is growing right along with it. And when you’re physically out working in the business every day, while also being a parent and running your own household… there’s just not a whole lot of spare time left for the “extras.”

So my confession this week?
I’m just really, really busy 🤣

BUT — admin days are coming!! So if you’re waiting on replies, quotes, or anything in between, hang in there with me. I see you, I appreciate you, and I’ll get to you 💙
