Every year I like to go to Brookfield show at least one of the 2 days to do the dog show.Its a great time of the year to be out and about and it’s always a very relaxed atmosphere.
So today Leif and I ventured out to try our luck.
Leif (Wulfgar Aramis) decided he was going to kick some arse in the show ring.
Under judge Mark Johnston(nsw)
Wulfgar Aramis was awarded runner up best in group,
Best Ausbred in group,then onto general specials to
Blow me away and get Ausbred in show!!

Sunday Blacktown Medieval Fayre 17 May 2026.
Our Celtic Hound Society group spent the last two days promoting our beautiful Celtic breeds to the public.

The addition to the Irish Wolfhounds was our Scottish Deerhound "Rihanna" showing the public the difference between the two breeds.

Rhys and Kylie brought a 6 months old puppy, and the rest of us having a 13 months old female and male as well as fully grown adults gave the public of view of the Irish wolfhounds at different ages, to show the public how fast growing our breed was, and how gentle the adults were with the young male.

Thanks to everyone who helped out with making a great day out with the hounds.

What an absolutely magnificent day at the Blacktown City Medieval Fayre! 🛡️🏰
​Our Hounds were out in full force today, and our incredible Irish Wolfhounds proved once again why they are the ultimate gentle giants. They were the absolute perfect ambassadors for the breed!
​A massive well done to everyone involved—it was a long, exhausting day, but seeing the smiles on everyone's faces made it all worth it. The crowd absolutely adored them, with so many people telling us that getting to meet and spend time with our majestic hounds was the absolute highlight of their entire day!
