🎓𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦🎓

We recently finished up a term of group classes, and had teams graduating at every level - Puppies, Foundations and Functional Obedience 🤩

We absolutely loved this term and are so proud of all of our teams for their progress across the 4 weeks of training. Thank you for joining us, and we look forward to seeing you continue to be amazing in future 💪

🎉 Happy 10th birthday Gary!! 🥳

I owe this little Border Collie a debt that can never be repaid.
Gary changed the trajectory of my whole life. He is a constant source of joy, a sassy old man these days but one heck of a training partner in his day.

Without Gary, there would be no Leading K9. Gary is enjoying retirement now, but helped hundreds if not thousands of dogs in his 8 year helper dog career. A very special boy indeed ❤️

We started the morning with a solo adventure at Gary’s favourite place - the beach. Do something extra fun with your dog today, in honour of the wee man’s birthday!

These two absolutely made my weekend!!

Honey 🍯, the red & white, is deep in adolescence and with that has come some unwanted behaviours driven by frustration and misplaced prey drive expression.

Honey’s humans have done a truckload of work with her already, which meant only a few tweaks and adjustments to the training plan were needed to get this gorgeous gal back on track.

Senior lady Winnie was just there for vibes, pats and snacks. What a gal 😍

What is your “why” ?

What drives you, motivates you, pushes you even when times are hard?

More than half of the dogs in this picture, I first met when they were working through some big feelings about other dogs. Owners feeling lost, tried everything, confidence shattered.

Some, crossed my path with a bouncy and boisterous young dog. Looking for help raising them right, so they could live their best possible lives together.

All the people in this group have their own why.

Our Pack Walks are the highlight of my month. People getting up at sparrows to start the day providing their dog with neutral, appropriate socialisation. Living well with their dogs. Doing for themselves, their dog, and each other.

Raising a dog isn’t always easy. Life isn’t always easy. Actions shout whilst words whisper. And every session, these people (and many not pictured today!) reaffirm to each other, “I’ve got you. And you’ve got this”.

This community is so special. It is my “why”.
