Our wonderful admin is reducing her days soon, which means we are looking for the right person to step in and keep the team running smoothly on a part time basis.

We’re Unleashed Dog Training and Grooming in Coolum – a busy, friendly, fun‑loving supportive crew who work hard, and absolutely love what we do. While we’re all about dogs, you don’t need dog training or grooming experience – we’re looking for the right person with great reliable organisations skills and a positive attitude to join our team.

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Greeting clients and making everyone feel welcome
✅ Managing bookings, emails and calls
✅ Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
✅ Supporting our trainers and helping us stay organised

What we’re looking for:
🧡 Someone who’s positive, reliable and loves working with people
🧡 Great attention to detail
🧡 Confidence with computers and learning new systems
🧡 A team player who is also able to work well independently
🧡 Willingness to learn – we’ll provide all the training you need
🧡 Excellent communication skills with clients and within the team
