🐒 KORA 🐒

Although this photo is hilarious, I don't think it truly captures Kora's personality 🤣

I've have the absolute pleasure of witnessing Kora grow over the last few months. She still has some progress to make but her owner and I highlighted the most obvious pattern - the skills we've been practising with Kora are the ones that are improving very well. Who would have thought 🤷‍♀️

We used our lesson to make sure the skills Kora is practising are being implemented in the most troublesome areas.

With a little more practise, this girl is going to be a star!!

Things you will achieve by the end of the course:
🎓your pup will be able to sit, drop, stay, and recall,

🎓you will have started appropriate handling in preparation for grooming and vet care,
🎓you will build a strong partnership with your pup,
🎓you will have an opportunity to ask a Vet Nurse any of your questions,

🎖 Toby 🎖

I have so much respect for Toby's owners! We have been working together to reduce his pulling and last week I had the pleasure of taking Toby for a walk myself. It was so much fun 🤗

The work his owners have put in is incredible and I can't say enough good things about their dedication to training. With the introduction of structured play and a few tweaks, Toby is well on his way to being his best possible version.

The credit, as always, goes to his amazing owners 👏

Hi Everyone,

It's time a did a proper introduction of myself and my family.

I'm Kellidie, I live with my partner John, our son Oscar, the dogs Zelda, Peppy and Hops along with an adopted lamb Taffy and a couple of chickens (Regina and Miranda).

I have always been fascinated by dogs and my love for training them started young. It was always a hobby until one day it wasn't (we can thank COVID for the career change).

Last year, we welcomed our son Oscar and during postpartum I realised just how thankful I was my dogs could adapt. My life with dogs isn't about trying to micromanage their every move, it's about living harmoniously together.

This feeling is what I want other people to experience with their dogs! Joy, connection and every day ease.

Come along for this journey as I start to show my every day life with my dogs - and a young toddler. Some days are magic and other days I barely survive (thanks Oscar 😉). But that's life and I love it.

I can't wait to meet you and your dogs soon.

🎀 KYRIE 🎀

This stunner is currently learning all about the art of doing nothing.

Kyrie's owners have been so proactive in teaching her new skills, her ability to rest has slowly diminished as she's gotten older. We've introduced some structure and how to manage those "in-between" times.

Rest is so important in puppies and can hinder the learning process if not incorporated into your daily routine.

If you're having trouble with an overexcited puppy or adolescent dog and don'tknow where to start, get in touch. I'd love to support you 💛

What is dog training? 🐕

My view of dog training is being able to peacefully co-exist with my dog in every day life. I want my training to enable them to live their life with joy and be included in my daily activities.

The training I do isn't just about getting my dog to sit when I ask. I want them to enjoy life - we get to play, cuddle, explore and experience things together.

But how?!

We develop an understanding of what is expected of them. They learn what is appropriate and when it's appropriate to do it. This is how we enjoy our time together!

Dog training, to me, isn't about obedience positions, it's about trust, connection and growing together. It's a 10+ year commitment!

Happy graduation day 🎓

Just when I think I've had the best class I could imagine, I meet another group of puppies!

Don't tell anyone but this was my favourite 🤭
