Whitsunday Dog Obedience

Whitsunday Dog Obedience We are a small club dedicated to improving social skills and behaviour of dogs and their handlers. We operate from Proserpine Showgrounds on thursday evenings.

Advanced class 6-7pm. Basic class 7-8pm. Message for more information. Our basic course runs for 6 weeks and teaches heel, sit, stay, stand, drop and beginning recall. We emphasise the importance of socialising your dog. Cost is $75 total. Once you complete the basic course you are then able to join the "advanced" class. In this class we use agility equipment, flyball and more advanced obedience.

The emphasis is on fun and enjoyment. Chief Instructor - Wayne Quantock (top dog) - has instructed for over 30 years and loves sharing his wealth of information with everyone. If you love spending time in the fresh air with your dog come and join people just like you!!
