We fabricate custom aluminium roof racks, canopies and tradesman accessories.

We built an internal frame inside the canopy to support the rack on top.
We made the rack feet higher to suit the high opening arc of the canopy windows and the width of the roof top tent.
There wasn’t enough room for downward rails to act as a gusset to strengthen the rack so we inset 6mm plate sections welded between the cross bars.
The end result is a purpose built rack to suit the canopy and the rooftop tent.
And a very happy customer 😀

Aaron from AC Electrics gave us a brief and a basic sketch and we brought his design to life! ✍️

Aaron wanted access between the tool boxes but enough width on the rear sections of the rack to carry ladders. 🪜

When every job is custom made, building to customer specs is easy. 🙌

Thanks Lucas for giving us a run down on some of the features of our tradie rack set ups.

Lucas can also be congratulated on completing his 4 year apprenticeship only 4 months ago. He’s already proven himself to be a great tradie and an important part of the team.

Lucas is also a good sport in allowing us to exploit him for social media purposes 😂😂😂

Custom tradie rack and H bar to carry 6m lengths. Dropped off at 7am, finished by 2.30pm with a free courtesy ute.
Quoted over the phone, followed by an email with info and photos. Brayden from Shed Hub gave us the go ahead and a week later the ute is all set up, ready for work.
We make it easy and with a 5 star rating from 287 Google reviews, we give customers what they want.
