MEMORY MONDAY - K9SA CARA

CARA was bred by K9SA (her brother was a MEMORY MONDAY not long ago - K9SA CHEWIE).
CARA went to a backyard as a pet/ companion to a lovely family but unfortunately, after a chunk of time, circumstances changed for this family & they could no longer house her so she made her way back to us.
As all her early development had been spent in the backyard, we didn't have any expectations of making her a working dog but as we started to give her defined structure & purpose, CARA started to love the work & she soon told us she was more than up for the challenge.
One of only a few female working dogs we have developed for a government agency.

CARA continues to flourish in her chosen agency & we are extremely proud of her.

Police Dog Digga & Trevor both had great arrests last night.

Digga found a suspect hiding in a backyard who had been on the run for over a month and wanted for over 21 charges.

Trevor tracked a suspect from a stolen car that had crashed which lead to his arrest.

MEMORY MONDAY - K9SA DRAGO

DRAGO came to us as a brash 8 week old malinois, from a vendor on the East Coast.

All his puppy development was done by Desley Power before moving to the West Coast.

His initial juvenile development work was done by a mate (macca) before his final dev work was completed by K9SA.

He went to his agency at approximately 13 months where he was a perfect fit for the work. He had a long full career before retiring to the backyard to just chase bad guys in his dreams!
