My most beautiful Partner Travis sent me this the other day when I was down and out … 🥲💙

It really hit home for me ,
it really made me stop and think ..
And I truly believe, I would probably keep my own problems then risk grabbing someone else’s problems…
My little family are all healthy we have a lot of love we have a roof over our heads and food on the table!!
What I do know is that there is always someone else  in a worse off position or situation in this world …

See the more at peace you become,
 the less you tolerate chaos..
you notice all the little things you notice more about these beautiful creatures..
the way they move around you ,
The way they rely on you ,
The way they enjoy your company,
The way they hold there personalities back when they don’t trust you ..
but when they do trust you,
they show you everything , I am leaning a lot about this beautiful c**t .. maybe it’s just where I am in my life atm or maybe it just him ..
the trust and confidence he has in me .. he is not afraid to show me his personality his my friend..
there very trusting animals ,He has allowed me to climb up onto him ba****ck just me and him and ride him into a massive ocean not afraid ,
he relies on me not to put him into danger .. That’s trust …

 I have stop explaining myself to others
I have stopped turning up to places that disturb my calm ..
 I have started to choose silence over proving my point …
Distance over force connection ..
It’s not arrogance ..
 it’s alignment …
My energy has become scared territory
And not everyone’s meant to cross it
protecting your peace isn’t about shutting the world out ..

Somewhere tonight, someone is lying in bed wondering if they are crazy… wondering if the things that were said to them today were really their fault. Wondering whether there partner will change their hurtful actions and ways , Wondering if maybe they should have just stayed quiet, tried harder, worked harder ,or loved better.

If that is you, I want you to hear this clearly …..
YOU are not crazy, and YOU are not the problem.

Domestic violence is not always bruises and broken bones. It can be the sick disgusting sexual behaviour ,Sometimes it is words that slowly break your confidence. Sometimes it is control, manipulation, silence, fear, and feeling like you are walking on eggshells in your own home……

No one deserves to live like that. NO ONE ….

You deserve peace.You deserve safety.You deserve a life where you can breathe without fear.
A life when you know your more then enough….

If you are in that place right now, please know you are not alone. I’ve been there !! Trust me it’s makes you go crazy.. your constantly double guessing yourself am I enough?? … but There are people who care, people who will listen, and people who will stand beside you while you find your way out. Most of all do it for your kids !!! And your own peace of mind !!! 

And if you have already walked that road and made it to the other side, your story matters. Your strength gives hope to someone who cannot yet see a way forward.

Tonight I am praying for every survivor, every person still fighting quietly behind closed doors, and every heart trying to heal.

You are stronger than you think.You are worthy of love that does not hurt , and trust me it is out there I was blessed to find it …

If you don’t receive the same effort as you give …
As hard as it is ..Lose that Contact ,
If your phone wasn’t ringing when you were broken and at rock bottom …
Remember don’t pick up the phone when you’re winning … 🏴‍☠️
And last of all ..
