What a fantastic Saturday spent with our training friends! 🐾🎉

Yesterday was packed with learning, skill-building, and plenty of wins for both dogs and handlers. From refining training techniques to improving real-world communication, every team made great progress and took another step toward stronger partnerships.

We love seeing our training friends practice their skills in different environments and watching their confidence grow with every session. The smiles, tail wags, and "lightbulb moments" make it all worthwhile!

A special shout-out to Smiley Brewing, who welcomed our 11:30 group on our sneaky little Saturday training adventure with a well-earned refreshing drink at Smiley Brewing 🍻🐶. What better way to celebrate a successful morning of training and socialisation!

Thanks to everyone who joined us and brought such positive energy to the day. We can't wait to do it all again next Saturday!

THE SUMMIT ⛰️🐾❤️

As we look back through all these photos from our very first Summit retreat, it is honestly hard to put into words just how special this experience was.

Yes, there was adventure.
Yes, there was laughter.
Yes, there were swims, campfires, bush walks, games, challenges and so many unforgettable moments…

But more than anything, The Summit was about growth.

One of the greatest privileges of what we do at Patient Paws is getting to watch people and their dogs learn together, grow together and build incredible relationships through training, trust and teamwork. Watching these teams arrive after months of hard work back at Patient Paws HQ, then continue pushing themselves, learning new skills and achieving amazing things in completely real-world environments was something truly special to witness.

From calm communication and off lead work to recalls, teamwork and simply learning to enjoy the adventure together, every single team should be incredibly proud of what they achieved over the weekend.

To all of our amazing participants — thank you for trusting us, embracing every challenge and throwing yourselves wholeheartedly into the experience. Your positivity, support for one another and eagerness to learn created such an incredible atmosphere all weekend long.

We would also like to give a huge thank you countrywidecottages for welcoming us onto their absolutely beautiful property. It truly was the perfect setting for our greatest adventure yet.

A massive thank you to thestoredeansmarsh for the incredible food that kept us all very well fed throughout the weekend and fuelled for all of our adventures. 🍴✨ And another huge shoutout to altroadwines for welcoming us to their beautiful winery for a delicious celebratory lunch! It was amazing.

What started as a dream and an idea became something far bigger and more meaningful than we could have imagined.

We already cannot wait to do it all again.
