We are a not-for-profit organisation established in 1990 to rescue, treat and rehome dogs. K9 Rescue Group strives to educate the community about responsible dog ownership. We provide a regional service in Western Australia to the Peel, Rockingham, Kwinana and Cockburn areas. At K9 Rescue Group we are passionate about creating an environment where a dog is treated as a rightful and respected membe

r of the community. We have over a hundred volunteers who work tirelessly to successfully rehome around 400 dogs a year, and seek to promote the significant benefits that pet ownership brings to the community.

True to her name, Ember is warm, relaxed, and quietly irresistible. She’s a big smooch who believes life is best spent right by your side, whether that’s couch cuddles, following you around the house, or simply being included in whatever you’re doing.💜

Ember would love a cozy home with older, dog‑savvy kids (15+). She can be strong on the lead, so she’ll need some basic lead training and a confident handler. She could also live with another dog after a successful meet and greet.

Bear and Buster came to us at the start of last year after being surrendered to the pound due to a domestic violence situation. We believe Buster is the father and Bear is his son. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they relied on one another for comfort and security, and that special bond has remained beautifully intact.🐾

Their time with us was short, as it didn’t take long for Bear and Buster to find their forever home, where they are now absolutely thriving. They love playing together, sleeping together, and curling up for cuddles, always choosing to stay close by each other’s side.💙

They adore spending time with the grandchildren and are incredibly gentle, calm, and affectionate in every interaction. While their size may be impressive, their hearts are even bigger. Bear and Buster truly are the gentlest giants.✨🐾

Ben & Jerry have been hearing all the whispers…
That being adopted means comfy couches, full bellies, endless cuddles and being part of a family forever. And now these two big, d***y boys are officially ready to find out what all the hype is about!

At just 12 weeks old, Ben & Jerry are Mastiff x Bull Arab mixes, which means one thing… they’re going to grow into BIG doggos 🤎

They’re currently full of beans, are super cuddly and already stealing hearts.

We’re looking for devoted adopters who understand that puppies aren’t just cute, they’re a 12+ year commitment. Their future families will need:
✔️ Plenty of time at home
✔️ Puppy school + ongoing training
✔️ Ongoing socialisation
✔️ A willingness to raise a large-breed puppy into a well-mannered adult
