Guests are charged from the day of drop off to the day of pick up, irrespective of the time they arrive or depart. The owner acknowledges that a deposit of two days stay per dog is require to secure your dogs accommodation. The deposit needs to be paid within 48 hours of booking otherwise booking is cancelled. The owner acknowledges that there are no refunds for early collection of their pet/s. Th

e owner acknowledges that bookings deposits over School Holidays, Xmas and New Years are non refundable as this is the Peak time of the year and numbers are limited. Off Peak time of the year no deposit will be refunded for booking cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date. The owner acknowledges that the remaining fee for the dogs stay is to be paid on drop off. The owner acknowledges that there will be no pick ups on Xmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.
