🐾 MEET ROVER – A STORY OF RESILIENCE, LOVE & SECOND CHANCES 🐾

Three months ago, a gentle, 12-year-old soul named Rover turned up at Church Street Vets. Rover had recently been through some stuff, and he’s been on a journey of healing, both physical & emotional.
It has been a long road. Slowly but surely however, with every wag of his tail, every tentative cuddle, every sun-soaked nap - Rover reminds us just how much strength can come from within. We are beyond proud to see how far he has come.

Nonetheless, the time has come for Rover to take the next step - one we cannot walk with him. Rover needs a heart to call home. We're hoping this is where you come in.

Whether you're:
• Thinking about getting a dog, or
• Absolutely not looking for one (seriously, hear us out)...
We think you'll fall for Rover.

Rover is a soulful senior. He is full of love, and a quietly hilarious companion. He asks for very little:
☀️ A sunny patch to nap in
🧸 A game here or there if you’re keen
❤️ A human (or two) to curl up next to at the end of the day.

We reckon Rover’s dream home is probably a calm, loving space with a slower rhythm and open arms. He doesn’t need much, just a promise that this time it’s forever.

🌟The moment a Mum meets her baby !!! 🌟
Beautiful Ellie the Chow Chow came in last Friday for a caesarean. She welcomes one precious little boy into the world !!!
Chow Chows are an interesting breed with some unique features, from there fully coats to there stocky build there most interesting feature is there Black tounge. Chow Chows are not born with a black tounge they are still pink at birth as they mature they change colour. !!!

🌟Nurse Elly and her friend Indi🌟
Back on December 24th 2023 Elly was part of a caesarean where she helped to deliver a litter of beautiful Chow Chow puppies. Indi was one of these pups, she was visiting today for her Yearly vaccinations and was very well behaved enjoying a few treats.
