We’re here because we care deeply about animals and we work incredibly hard every day to help them, even when we’re overwhelmed and fully booked.

That said, we’ve had a growing number of people speak to our team aggressively or try to make us feel guilty when we simply cannot squeeze in another appointment. Let us be clear:

👉 Abusive behaviour, guilt-tripping, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated.

We hate saying “no” just as much as you hate hearing it. But pushing or blaming the team doesn’t change the reality it only makes a tough day worse for people who are already stretched thin.

Please be kind. We’re doing our best, and we deserve to be treated with basic respect.

To everyone who shows patience and compassion: thank you. You’re the reason we keep going.

We’re thrilled to announce that Paws Hoofs and Claws Mount Isa is gearing up to launch Mount Isa’s BIGGEST Raffle - and we need YOUR help to make it a success! 🐾
