**🦷 Have you checked your pet’s teeth lately? 🐶🐱**

We often hear, *“I didn’t realise anything was wrong because they’re still eating normally!”*

Our pets can be very good at hiding discomfort, which is why it’s important to keep an eye on their teeth and gums.

👀 Take a quick look for:
• Bad breath
• Yellow or brown tartar build-up
• Red, swollen or bleeding gums
• Loose or damaged teeth
• Difficulty chewing or dropping food
• Changes in eating habits

Dental disease is incredibly common in our pets and can become painful if left untreated.

💡 **A simple tip:** Make checking your pet’s mouth part of their regular grooming routine. The earlier we spot dental problems, the sooner we can help!

If you’re unsure whether your pet’s teeth are healthy, give our team a call and we’d be happy to arrange a dental check. 🐾🦷

**When was the last time you had a good look at your pet’s teeth?**

ADOPTED!

Meet the new additions to Swan Veterinary Hospital, Pea and Pod. These little bubbas were found wandering the streets of Midvale alone. Luckily they were snapped up by a member of the public and brought to us. Now they are ready to find their forever homes!

Pea is a female, domestic long hair and is about 5 months old. Her partner in crime Pod is a male, domestic short hair and is about 7 months old. Surprisingly these guys are not litter mates but have stuck together through thick and thin. Because of this we would love for them to stay together for ever!

Their adoption fee is $300 each or $500 together. This includes their kitten vaccinations, microchipping, flea and worming and desexing.

If you are interested in meeting these little kiddos please email [email protected] and tell us a little about your family.

💙ADOPTED💙

Meet Pingu (or spicy jalapeño when he’s naughty)! This little man was caught in a cat trap by a Good Samaritan who had seen him wandering the streets of midland all by himself. Pingu came to us dirty, cold and very frightened of the world. After a short time in foster, with much needed love and care, he has learned that people are good for two things, food and snuggles! Let’s just say he has found a new appreciation for his two legged carers.

Pingu is a 10 week, domestic short hair, male. He enjoys snacks, toys and endless cuddles! Pingu has turned into a real smooch and is constantly purring.

His adoption fee is $300 which includes his kitten vaccinations, microchiping, flea and worming and desexing when he reaches age.

If you are interested in meeting this little man please email us at [email protected] and tell us a little about your family.
