Welcome Back, Dr Katie Scarr!

We are so excited to welcome Dr Katie Scarr back from maternity leave!

Katie first joined our team as a veterinary student and quickly became a favourite among both the team and our clients. After graduating, she returned as a new graduate veterinarian, and it's been wonderful to watch her grow into the compassionate and skilled vet she is today.

Katie has a genuine passion for veterinary medicine and loves the variety and challenges that each day brings. What she enjoys most is helping animals and achieving great outcomes for the families who love them. She has a particular interest in medical cases and finds it incredibly rewarding to work through complex problems and make a real difference.

Her warm personality, ever-present smile, and positive outlook shine through in every consultation. Katie came to veterinary medicine a little later in life, but there's no doubt she has found exactly where she belongs. She brings kindness, dedication, and enthusiasm to every patient she cares for.

When she's not at the clinic, Katie is just as busy! She loves spending time with her wonderful family - her husband, two children, two dogs, and their cat. She also enjoys relaxing by playing the piano and unwinding with paint-by-numbers (yes, they definitely count as painting!).

We're thrilled to have Katie back doing what she loves. Please join us in giving her a very warm welcome back, and we've missed you, Katie!

Our clinic is running low on towels and blankets, and we're hoping our wonderful community can help!

If you have any clean, gently used or new towels or blankets that you no longer need, we'd be incredibly grateful for your donation. They help us keep our patients warm, comfortable, and cared for during their stay with us.

Donations can be dropped off at the clinic during our opening hours.
