Young Cooper the Bull Arab is a rescue dog currently in training with All Round Good Hounds. 👍

Cooper came to visit us at HA HQ last weekend to see how he might cope with a longer stay.

We are pleased to report that he did incredibly well and seemed to enjoy himself very much.

It was lovely getting to know you and your family a little better Coops, and we look forward to seeing you again soon. 😘

The very early days of a Domestic Animal Services initiative to collaborate with the ACTCA, the RSPCA, rescue groups and private rescuers to improve the options for local dogs who ended up in the pound.

Apparently, the hoof pick in my pocket was the wrong answer. 🤣

Although, Ren considered it at least worthy of a sniff, Maddy wasn't having any of it, and again indicated the liver treats she clearly knew were also in there.

Don't worry, the cupboard paid up. 😉

💜 On this ANZAC Day 2026, we pause to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all who have served. Lest we forget.

From all of us at Heels Angels, we pay our respects to the ANZAC spirit and those who have given so much for our country, including all the animals who stood beside them.💜

I was only ever an 'Choco' in my youth, but those three years taught me a great deal about myself, life, loyalty, and the value of true mateship. It also provided plenty of opportunities for deep reflection.
