A beautifully put-together and versatile mare with a wealth of experience and a kind, intelligent nature.
This 2011 HSH mare has done it all, she’s a maiden campdraft winner, has placed in drafts, reined cow horse, ASH shows, and worked the saleyards. She’s confident in new environments and capable across a range of disciplines.
She’s recently come back into work after raising two quality foals and is going beautifully. Currently being used as a lesson horse for a beginner rider, and working with a trainer to build strength and fitness. She’s responsive, forward, and soft. A sensitive mare with plenty of feel who thrives with a rider that appreciates her.
She’s smart enough to read her rider, happy to cruise along all day on trail rides with a beginner, Also quiet and reliable enough for beginners to handle safely on the ground. She’ll also step up when paired with an experienced rider. She’s done cattle work with advanced riders and carries herself with confidence and purpose. She can get up on her toes and show some spark when asked by a capable rider, but always stays honest and trainable.
She can be a little difficult to catch at times, especially if she's had time off, though once caught, she’s a pleasure to handle and work with.
Would suit someone after a sensible mustering horse, a return to competition, or a quality broodmare. She's an excellent walker, she covers ground like a busy mum doing the groceries!
