Meet Kiwi Your Sweetest Little Shadow 🥝

Say hello to Kiwi, a ridiculously friendly and affectionate kitten who’s ready to melt your heart. With her adorable little love heart-shaped nose 🖤 and soft purrs, Kiwi is truly the definition of a love bug. She’s the kind of kitten who will follow you from room to room, curl up on your lap, and gaze at you with nothing but pure adoration.

Kiwi absolutely loves people, every human she meets is a new best friend. She thrives on affection and will happily spend her days snuggled up next to you or chasing after a string toy with kitten enthusiasm. 🧶

Roxie girl will win your heart over in record-breaking time! The perfect bundle of Sweet, cuddly, playful cheeky, smart and sassy…😍

She has absolutely nailed the puppy dog eyes and she already knows how to get her way with humans and dogs with that sweet face of hers.

- Crate Trained ✅

She is a typical puppy who loves playtime in the form of chew toys, balls, tug o war and other dogs! She would adore kids to join in on the fun too!

Roxie is a very smart girl and is crate trained overnight and always sleeps through the night. She will need further training with toileting as she’s still very young but this won’t take long; She responds very well to training with treats. Roxie comes to her name, sits to come inside and eat and for pats. She walks well on lead too, she is such a good puppy and will flourish with her new family and with continued training and socialising!

Jessica 🐾

Jessica is a sweet, affectionate girl who’s full of love and personality. She’s the kind of cat who chooses her person and then showers them with cuddles, nuzzles, and gentle licks. Each night, she curls up on the bed and sleeps peacefully beside you, making her the perfect bedtime companion. She’s also a certified lap cat and loves pats, especially behind the ears and under the chin. 💖

Jessica is fully litter trained and has great house manners. She’s an inquisitive little soul who enjoys exploring her surroundings and doing zoomies around the house when you get home from work. When she’s feeling relaxed and safe, you’ll often catch her in a perfect cat loaf position or “making biscuits” while lying on you. She loves to cuddle! 😻

Jessica is confidment enough to fit into most homes and she is also independent while still being very people-oriented. Jessica enjoys being picked up briefly, but what she really loves is being close to you whether that’s lying on your chest, snuggling beside you, or meowing for affection if she thinks she’s not getting enough.

Jessica is a truly special cat who brings warmth, comfort, and a whole lot of personality into a home. If you’re looking for a little shadow who will love you deeply and follow you from room to room, Jessica might just be the one for you!

Meet Chai The Chocolate-Coated Cuddlebug 🍫

Say hello to Chai, a gorgeous Labrador x Kelpie boy with a heart as sweet as his name. At just 14 weeks old, this lovable pup is already charming everyone he meets and is ready to find his forever family.

Being a Labrador mix, Chai is naturally affectionate, eager to please, and loves being around people. His Kelpie side brings out his playful energy, cleverness, and love for the outdoors. He’s the perfect mix of snuggly and spirited, always ready for a cuddle or a game.

As a young pup, Chai is still learning the ropes. He’s doing really well with his toilet training and uses his puppy pads for wees. He’s still figuring out number twos, but he’s trying hard and improving every day. He’ll need a family who can continue guiding him with patience, love, and gentle training as he grows.

Chai loves car rides, playing with his toys, running around outside, and most of all, snuggling up close with his humans. He has that warm, cuddly energy that makes you want to scoop him up and never let go.

And here’s the cherry on top, Chai is cat friendly! He’s gentle with feline friends and would do well in a home with a calm and confident cat.🐈

Over 10 cats adopted this month and we are buzzing with joy! 🎉🎉

That’s right 12 of our beautiful rescue cats have found their forever homes and we could not be more excited!! 🥹

Each one came into care needing love and safety and now they’re off to live the dream life with families who adore them. We can't believe how many adoptions we've had lately!

This is the heart of rescue. Watching them arrive scared or shut down. Our cats are all from pounds with due dates to make space for more cats. Seeing them transform into happy confident cats who are ready for their next chapter and safe in their homes makes us so happy. Shout out to the carers who made this possible. 😍

Every single adoption means we can say YES to saving another life and that is the magic ✨️

Mocha has found his forever home! 🤎

The best news 🎉 Our handsome, blue eyed heartthrob has been adopted!

Mocha came into the pound and while he was such a sweet boy, he is a sensitive soul and struggled with being able to fully decompress. One home gave up on him so fast and he was given back to us with some trauma to unpack again. Some breeds are very very pretty, but they can be "more cat" and less laid back than your domestic kitties who can be very chill in nature. Mocha was the sweetest, most intelligent boy, but it was clear he was a sensitive soul who needed more time to decompress.

With every animal we offer a two week trial period on all adoptions, but for the animals who are a little more stressy, we can extend that trial on a case by case basis. Mocha met his human and fell absolutely in love 🤩💞

We can’t wait to see this smoochy boy settle in and live the pampered life he deserves. Always remember that they are living, breathing little beings with their own quirks, emotions, and ways of seeing the world. That’s what makes them so unique and so special 🤎✨️

Remember when no one chose the little black panthers at the pound?
When all the other kittens were adopted and they were left behind? 💔
We chose them, and now look at them go. 🖤

Saylor and Beanie not only made it out of the pound,
they now have a forever home lined up together. 🥹🥰😹

These lucky little panthers are heading off to their new home this weekend, and we are so happy they get to stay together forever. A huge thank you to Melda and her partner for fostering this dynamic duo and getting them adoption ready.

Their new family is already smitten and cannot wait to welcome them home. 🏡

If you follow us, you know our rescue goes hard for a little regional pound with little to no outside help 💔

Adoptions are low, and cats and dogs but especially cats just keep coming. For over a year, we have been their lifeline, taking literally every rehomable cat and giving them a second chance at life.

Before we got involved, friendly cats were being put to sleep simply due to lack of space, lack of adoptions, and an endless stream of new arrivals. Most cats at this pound died without anyone knowing or caring about them 😔

The pounds are FULL, and rescue has never been harder. We have been absolutely smashed as usual and have taken in so many animals lately.

We had not checked in on the cat station for a couple of weeks because we have been completely inundated with the animals already in care, but this past week we had some adoptions, so we reached out to the ranger.

And she told us… there are only 2 cats left in the pound!!!

We were bracing ourselves for 10 to 20 honestly. We were ready to post another urgent call out. But not only are there just two, they even have a possible adoption lined up!! This is honestly the best news we could have hoped for.

We have worked tirelessly to change the future for cats and dogs in a rural pound that is overlooked by so many. Animals want to live. They do not know they are just over the border from Victoria, but people turn a blind eye because it is not within our state. They are dying in huge numbers because they did not have help and were just forgotten about...

We will not forget. We have not. And today it feels like it is all paying off!

Thank you to our incredible cat carers, you have made this possible. We know our cats often take longer to get adopted than our dogs, and yet you have stuck with it time and time again. We absolutely adore you! 🩵🫶✨️

Some of you have fostered back to back to back, never saying no, and you have truly saved so many lives over the past couple of years. You all deserve a break 🧉🩵✨️

Foster Home Found for Sweet Snuggly Charlie! 🐾

Charlie came to us severely underweight and malnourished but all he wanted was to snuggle and be loved. He’s made incredible progress and now he’s finally found a loving foster home where he can continue his journey to health, happiness, and eventually be listed for adoption 🥰

From crate training to toilet training regular walks and gentle socialising Charlie is soaking up all the care and kindness he deserves. We’re so grateful to the amazing foster family opening their hearts and home to this sweet boy 🩵

Thank you to everyone who shared Charlie’s story and helped us find him a safe place. This is just the beginning for him, brighter days are ahead! ✨️

🎉 Our longest waiting cat has been adopted 🎉

After months of waiting Diva has finally found her forever home!

She watched so many cats come and go but never gave up hope. Through it all she stayed gentle affectionate and full of love, waiting for her time to be seen 🥰

Now her patience has paid off. Diva has a family of her own and a warm lap to curl up on every single day.

We are over the moon for this beautiful girl and so grateful to everyone who shared her story and shared her 💖
