Mt Eliza Groom Room specialises in Puppies first groom, the groomers are very careful to make sure the pups have a good first experience, which helps them for the rest of their grooms.
Joanne has had years of grooming experience and is more than happy to disuss how to groom your pup at home and the brush, comb, shampoo & conditioners to help make the job easier, plus a demonstration of the brushing technique for long haired pups.
We look forward to seeing all those gorgeous puppies.

Happy Sunday all 🌞

A little reminder not to leave your furbabies too long throughout winter without a maintenance groom 🐾🐕
Far too often we see matted dogs in winter due to people thinking they need to always clip coats short! A bath and tidy is all you need to maintain in between grooms!

Note to people whom bring in matted dogs then get upset when we have to shave them!!

BRUSH YOUR DOG!! No not with a toothbrush…use the correct brush for your Breed of dog!
We don’t actually enjoy shaving dogs off, it’s hard work for the groomer and painful for the dog!!

Yes we are sick of it!!

On Sunday I got a call from a customer in the terrible position of not being able to afford to get her furbaby groomed due to lack of funds arising from a domestic violence situation 😪 Of course I jumped up and said we will groom wee Lola thanks to “The Paw It Forward initiative! Little Lola was matted badly but tolerated being shaved down like a wee trooper ❤️
