A Sunday Times Magazine article and today, Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4 discussions, with Piers Morgan.
Knee jerk response? Can’t stand him”? But I’ve been reading and listening and I’m intrigued.
So my book suggestion (as opposed to recommendation, as I’ve not yet read it) for November, maybe for your Christmas list, is “Woke is Dead…”. I shall be reading it with interest.
So let’s be open-minded, prepared to accept

I had a lovely day at work yesterday. The sun was shining and the train trip was so nice. The careers advisor at the school was lovely (she remembered me from last year) and the girls were punctual, polite, interested and interesting. All in all a great day! .

How has your summer been?
It’s not long til the new school year starts and I’ve been reflecting upon the lovely long summer days and evenings.
The evenings are beginning to “draw in” and my diary is filling up with bookings for careers work in a number of schools. I’m actually looking forward to getting back to seeing the year 11s in just a few weeks time!
