JJR had a fantastic season with 52 winners and 82 places for $1,827,260 in prizemoney.

Highlights included Zouatica & ’s triumph in the Listed National Sprint, Barb’s little celebratory dance afterwards, Sun N Sand & almost pinching the Group 1 Australian Oaks, & funds for at the annual JJR Owners Luncheon.

We are hoping to the start the new season off on a high note at the Coffs Harbour today. Two Aye lines up in the Country Showcase Mile and Zouatica is chasing Big Dance qualification in the Coffs Harbour Cup.

We are delighted to have won the Sapphire Coast Trainers Premiership for the third year in a row and are grateful to the club for keeping the track and facilities in top shape.

Thank you to our wonderful team for their hard work and dedication. A special thanks to our Foreman Mitch Maloney-stone, and Chris and Lilli who held the fort while Mitch was on paternity leave. We couldn't do it without you.

Congratulations also to Claire Ramsbotham who took out the Sapphire Coast Turf Club Apprentice Jockey Premiership. It's a huge achievement, especially given she only had her first race ride in May 2024. We are looking forward to the next season!
