Today we head to Rosehill Gardens with one runner.

Race 9 - 3:45 - GOOD PRIZE Coriah Keatings on board.

This gelding heads back to town after a solid performance in a tricky run race last start. Prior to that, he had worked through the grades beautifully winning 4 in a row and we take no discouragement from his last start 5th.

He's drawn a bit sticky, but Coriah knows him well enough to navigate that draw. Her claim offsets his big weight and as he steps out to 2000m today, he'll like the little cut out of the ground too. This boy has matured nicely and is relishing racing. Everytime we've raised the bar he has been ever consistent with honest, brave performances and today should be no different.

It was a somewhat quieter week this past week for the stable with just two runners, but you can't get any better than two runners for two winners!

Last Sunday, we headed to the Sapphire Coast with IDEELIC. This son of Dundeel, a maiden no longer. Given an absolute treat of a ride from John Kissick, he settled off the pace, angled out on the turn and battled away the length of the straight to prevail right on the line where it counted! A tough, gritty win.

Yesterday we headed to Goulburn with a returning Vella's Best, and didn't he return with a bang, racing away with a 3L win. Settling on the speed, for apprentice Jack Baker, he set the pace and whilst he had every right to be vulnerable first up after a lengthy break, he turned into the straight, put his rivals away quickly, and kicked away for a dominating win. A great ride by the apprentice! This 3 year old gelding, hand picked by Gratz at the Inglis classic yearling sale for $40,000, has now banked just shy of $60,000 for his connections from just 4 starts! He is the ultimate professional and an absolute pleasure to have around!

Congratulations to connections, thank you to our stable supporters, our jockeys who've given us some stellar rides of late with 13 winners from our last 50 runners, and a further 9 finishing in top 3 finishes. The stable has been in incredible form. Last but not least a very big thank you to our staff, putting in those hard yards to ensure these results are possible! Racing today with one runner at Goulburn.

Race 2 - 12:30 - VELLA'S BEST Jack Baker on board.

This lightly raced gelding by Headwater resumes today after a break. He's won a trial at home leading into this and looks ready to fire first up. He gets the services of apprentice Jack Baker, who takes 2kg off his back and has drawn well, and everything points towards him being right in the finish today.

We head to the Sapphire Coast today, racing with just the one runner.

Race 1 - 12:25 - IDEELIC John Kissick on board.

This lightly raced gelding is 2nd up today, fitter and steps up in trip. He's drawn well and gets the services of John Kissick, and despite probably still being short of his preferred trip, he'll hopefully play a part in the finish today.

Chop The Ice goes back to back!

Pretty boy Chop The Ice saluted on Friday to make it two on the trot for this flashy son of Santos. This $8000 yearling purchase, hand picked by Gratz has now banked just shy of $100,000 for his connections.

Given a peach of a ride by Richard Bensley, Chop The Ice settled off the pace and thread the needle down the straight to put his nose in front, right where it counted in a nail biter of a finish! This makes it two in a row for Chop The Ice, who was coming off a last start victory at Goulburn.

Congratulations to his loyal connections! And a big thank you to all our connections, stable supporters and our stable staff, who continue to work tirelessly to ensure results like these are possible.

Today we race at home, on the Acton with 7 runners. Boasting an incredible 11 winners from our last 50 starters, the stable has been in terrific form and we're hoping to continue that today!

Beau Rock finds himself in an easier race than he contested last start. He's drawn well and gets Caitlin's claim off his back. He's at his pet distance and should find himself right in the finish.

Vella Icon also finds an easier race than she's been contesting, and gets the in form Brodie Loy on board. She too has drawn well.

Region Time has been ever consistent lately with her hoof square on the til. She gains the expertise of Quayde today and should be right in the finish again.

Deeply lines up for just her second start after a good debut run. She also gains Quayde's expertise, to guide her round and show her her trade.

Vella Magic resumed last start with a promising third placing. She runs well fresh, Quayde has placed on her in the past, and she could run a cheeky race here today!

Chop The Ice comes here off a last start gritty win. He loves the Acton track and can't be dismissed, especially with gaining the services of Richard Bensley today.

Crucial Witness found herself in the winners circle at some very nice odds last start. She comes in nice and light with the claim off her back again today.

We've raised the bar again for our little star, looking to extend his picket fence to 5 in a row! He steps out to the 1800m, on a track rated to his liking he'll relished the sting out of the ground, and gets Coriah's claim to offset his big weight.

This daughter of Territories has her hoof on the til, and should relish the cut out of the ground. She finds a suitable race, has drawn well and gets the experienced hands of Quayde to guide her round.

Deeply this filly by Cool Aza Beel faces the starter for the first time today. She's trialled well, drawn well and all points towards her putting it together on raceday nicely.

Beau Rock comes off a nice win last start and this son of Magnus has been in good form. He'll appreciate the claim off his back.
Crucial Witness should also appreciate the claim off her back. This daughter of Star Witness finds a suitable race today to have her show her best.

Major Time the old stable warhorse by Epaulette, has been in good form of late, don't let his age fool you! He too gets the weight off his back via a claim and should find himself right in the finish again.

Ideelic, the son of Dundeel resumes today after a short break. He should take benefit from the run today.

GOOD PRIZE gets the prize again! Make that 4 in a row, 6 wins in his past 8 starts. Yesterday saw us raise the bar to city company after he'd progressed through the grades so comfortably, on a very wet Warwick Farm track. This talented son of Prized Icon, given a very patient ride by Coriah, took a sit in behind the leaders and angled out on the home turn to cruise past his rivals effortlessly, winning by a length with his ears pricked. Every time we've raised the bar he has responded, and has now matured into a lovely horse.

A special thanks to Coriah for another beautiful ride, Maple the goat for ensuring he's a happy horse, all the team at home who put in the hard yards day in and day out with all our horses, all our connections and stable supporters. What a thrill these past few weeks have been with the stable in such good form! Happy racing 🧡🖤

This talented son of Prized Icon has progressed through the grades beautifully. Winning his past 3 starts and 4 of his past 5 starts. He's been ever so consistent and now takes the next step up to city grade after a dominating win at the provincials. He gets the track to his liking, and another beautiful steer from Coriah should see him right in this. Good luck to all connections, and Happy racing 🖤🧡
