Let’s talk about the Merle 👀

A merle eye refers to changes in the color or development of a dog's eye caused by the merle gene, a genetic variant that dilutes pigment in both the coat and the iris.

How It Affects the Eye 👀

Color Changes: The gene often turns the iris light blue, green, amber, or creates partial blue spots (sectoral heterochromia) or two different colored eyes (complete heterochromia).

Just another special trait that makes these puppies so unique ❤️🐶

My babies are leaving the ark two by two 🐶🐶 First to go….

Benji & Winnie are on transport 🚐 heading to Brissy to catch flights ✈️ ✈️ in the morning to meet their beautiful families. Safe travels my darlings 😘😘

Once we realised the storm ⛈️ wasn’t going to hit us, it was time to let puppies free. They had an absolute blast, running, stalking, pouncing, rolling, wrestling etc. The joy on their cute little faces has made my week 🥰

Grandma Jessie & Jasper are our more sensitive furbabies 🩷🐶💙 that know hours before a storm ⛈️ hits.
