Calm isn’t something you tire out of a dog
It’s something they learn

Which one does your dog love most?
Send this to someone whose dog never switches off 🐾

25/10/2026

They’re stuck flipping between fight or flight and freeze
and they never come back down to rest & digest

You can’t train a dog out of that with more commands
You have to help their nervous system settle first

Which state does your dog spend most of their day in?

If your dog is stuck in the loop, DM me and let’s chat about your dog

Before & After ❤️
Watching this back makes me emotional

This girl had to be sedated for every vet and grooming visit

When I first met her she crocodile rolled, nearly choked herself out on the lead, cut her face with her own claws and screamed trying to get her muzzle off

That’s a dog stuck in full survival mode

She did a board & train program with me, and this is what calming the nervous system first looks like

So proud of her 💜

If your dog is struggling and you’ve run out of options, send me a message and tell me about your dog

3 or more and it’s not a training problem
It’s a nervous system that never switches off
