AFTERHOURS EMERGENCIES

We’re making a small change to support our amazing team and ensure we can keep providing the best care for your pets 💚

Starting June 1, we will be switching to VetChat.

When you call (02) 6555 2555 the VetChat team will guide you through 3 easy steps:

1. Choose your option
Select a one-off telehealth consultation ($59) or join VetChat Plus for unlimited access ($259/year) plus extra coverage.

2. Connect within minutes
Enter your pet’s details and connect with an experienced Australian Vet via video call.

3. Get expert guidance
Receive professional advice, treatment plans, or know when to visit your local Vet.

Any emergencies needing attention will be directed to our on-call vet.

In honour of ANZAC Day, our clinic will be closed on Saturday 25 April and Monday 27 April for the public holiday.

We take this time to pause and remember the service and sacrifice of the Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women.

We will reopen as normal on Tuesday.
