Murray Street Veterinary Clinic & Hospital The Murray Street Veterinary Clinic is a small animal practice. Dr David Broomfield has a special interest in small animal surgery.

We deliver comprehensive diagnostic and surgical services as well as providing care for hospitalised animals. Our experienced nursing staff provide a wealth of information and advice. We also have an Apollo Bay clinic that we visit on Thursday morning. We are a small but experienced companion animal veterinary practice. We have three experienced veterinary surgeons and seven dedicated and caring n

urses. We have a skilled orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon that has a special interest in modern ACL repairs and can provide many surgeries often referred to specialists. Our prices are very reasonable.

🦅 How lucky were we yesterday to get up close to this gorgeous wedge-tailed eagle!

It was brought into the clinic after being found with an injured wing.
Dr. David did some X-rays and checked it over, and thankfully, there were no broken bones.
Can you believe its wingspan was 2 meters!
It is now with a wildlife carer for rehabilitation.

Farewell & good luck! 👏🏻
The baby of the Murray Street Family is flying the nest 🪹 🦅
Sohail joined us a little over 3 years ago, freshly starting his certificate in Veterinary nursing & eager to learn.
Over the past years we’ve been able to watch him grow and develop into the amazing vet nurse that he is today!
Sohail is relocating to Ballarat & will continue his journey as a vet nurse there, but will always be part of the Murray Street family.
Good luck for all your future endeavours Sohail, Ballarat is lucky to have you! 🩵

We provide 24 hour emergency medicine and surgery most days.
