We wanted to give our lovely clients a quick update 🩵
As some of you know, we had already been in the process of reviewing and updating our pricing to better reflect the time, care, and quality we put into every groom.
With the recent increases in operating costs, we’ve unfortunately reached a point where we can no longer delay these changes.
From 20th April, our updated pricing will come into effect.
As part of this update, we are also introducing a new XS size category, meaning our weight ranges will be slightly adjusted across all size groups. This has been designed to better reflect the time and work involved for each dog.
We now also have scales available at reception for anyone who is unsure of their dog’s weight.
Please note that weight categories and base grooming prices are a guide only and do not take into account potential additional charges. We encourage you to read through our additional charges list, and if you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask.
