Hi Furbabies and your humans we have been told we can reopen under strict conditions.
I have started calling everyone to confirm appointments. There will be a change to pickup and drop off as we are to remain strictly contactless.

Hi everyone

Sadly AnneMarie and I are still unable to work, I have verified this with the ACT Health hotline who helpfully suggested I move my business outside….
I understand our Furbabies will start to become desperate for a groom. I am constantly lobbying the ACT Government to explain we are indeed essential to Furbabies health once they become matted it is stressful, painful and imposes an increased potential for injury to both pooch and groomer.
I will call to schedule appointments the minute I have a date for us to re-open.
Once allowed to open (hopefully before 20/9) there will be changes in drop off and pick up to ensure we are contactless.
We are really missing our Furbabies and are looking forward to being able to treat them again.

Sadly we have been deemed not essential this lockdown and are unable to open. We will contact anyone with bookings to reschedule from the 3rd September all going well.
We would like to thank you for letting us take care of your Furbabies and we look forward to looking after them again really soon.
We will need your support once we reopen, being a small business as for all businesses it has hit us hard and your support will be essential to help us all get back on our feet.
Once again thank you and we look forward to seeing you all soon. AnneMarie and I really miss loving your Furbabies, we are suffering cuddles and kisses withdrawal.
