Linda, thank you for your compassion—and thank you, Morgan, for calling it in.

Helping our wild animals is part of our mission at Sugarland. We’re so lucky to work alongside Linda and Bundy Wildlife Rescue Inc. her tireless efforts for our local wildlife mean the world. We couldn’t do this without her and our amazing rescuers.

Today’s young Eastern Grey was peacefully sent over the rainbow bridge at Sugarland Animal Hospital. It’s never easy, but it was the kindest choice. To everyone on our roads: please slow down for wildlife and, if something happens, please call it in—don’t leave injured animals to suffer.

If you find injured wildlife:

- Pull over safely, put your hazards on, and note the exact location.
- Call Bundy Wildlife Rescue Inc or Sugarland Animal Hospital right away.
- Do not place injured kangaroos or wallabies in your car—injured animals can be dangerous. Rescuers like Linda carry pouches and secure cages to transport them safely.
- Keep pets and bystanders back and wait for help.
