Azolla & Duckweed update - 1 month

We have had nights below freezing and most days in single digits and still have had some decent growth - both prefer temps in the 20’C-30’C range so having this growth in these conditions looks promising for harvests when the weather warms up. I’m interested to see how this goes for supplementing animal feed

This is really important info - many times veg gardens can’t sustain the family’s needs we are being more intentional about planting our ‘staples’ potato, sweet potato, onion, garlic first and managing our garden plan a bit differently.
