🌿 Our amazing team had a SUPER special delivery today! Farmer Pete & our crew are so excited to get out in their utility to deliver lush, chemical-free & locally grown produce to our wonderful community 🙌

🌿 Last Friday, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a retreat visit from Liza Purtzer :: Tada Yoga 🧘‍♀️ at Viva's 3 Veg Farm.

The visit was focused around how we are growing our lush, chemical-free produce at our farm & the holistic link to food as nourishment, aligned with Ayurvedic practices.

It was a beautiful Autumn morning filled with sunshine, knowledge sharing & an opportunity for the group to thoughtfully forage for delicious produce 🦋
