Call out for a Chef!
We’re looking for a chef collaborator 🍽️
We’re about to launch a new culinary seaweed range — Wild & Briny — and we’re looking for a chef (or two) to help us bring it to life.
This is a chance to work with a genuinely unique ingredient: wild-harvested seaweeds designed specifically for modern Australian cooking.
We’re looking for someone who loves:
🥣seasonal, natural cooking
🥣bold, umami-rich flavours
🥣simple food done well
🥣working with interesting, unusual ingredients
What we need:
- recipe development using our Wild & Briny range
- a kitchen shoot day for photography/content
- creative collaboration on how seaweed can be used in everyday cooking
- your ideas for podcasts/videos etc
We’re open to professional chefs, recipe developers, or food creatives who just love working with great ingredients.
