This weekโ€™s ๐–๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž ๐–๐ž๐๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ patient was an absolutely adorable ๐‘ญ๐’†๐’‚๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’“๐’•๐’‚๐’Š๐’ ๐‘ฎ๐’๐’Š๐’…๐’†๐’“ weighing in at a tiny ๐Ÿ” ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฌ!

๐Ÿ’šThis little ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ข๐š๐ฅ was found on the floor of a local residentโ€™s home after we suspect it may have been brought inside by her cat. Thankfully, there were ๐ง๐จ ๐จ๐›๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ on examination and after being ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐›๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐ซ ๐‹๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ข๐ž, it was found to be ๐›๐ซ๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ, ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง!

๐ŸŒณAfter its check-up, our ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ was transferred into the care of an ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ซ where it was ๐ซ๐ž-๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ where it belongs!

Meet the adorable ๐‘ซ๐’Š๐’๐’!

๐ŸพThis ๐’‰๐’‚๐’๐’…๐’”๐’๐’Ž๐’† 13 year old Chihuahua cross has been part of the family at Asquith Veterinary Hospital for many years, and itโ€™s safe to say ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ž ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐š๐›๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐š๐๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ก๐ข๐ฆ!

This is a whooshing sound heard during each ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐›๐ž๐š๐ญ, often caused by changes in how ๐›๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ญ.
๐Ÿ’ŠDino also has a ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ฆ๐›๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž, which means his body isnโ€™t producing enough important hormones needed to regulate things like ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐ก๐ฒ๐๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ. He takes ๐๐š๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ž๐๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐š๐ฌ ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ซ ๐›๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ to make sure his levels stay well controlled.
