Layla Update

Our little Layla had her final vaccination today - her FelV vaccination

This has been a long road of weekly vaccinating (splitting them up due to her size) until we could get her completely and fully vaccinated!

Unfortunately Layla has lost some weight since her visit last week and we suspect it's due to her tummy issues resurfacing again

Layla while still extremely small (the size of an 8 week old kitten) is already 6 months old

She's overcome so much and made her little place and mark in this world

She is the epitome of never giving up

At this stage Layla is NOT up for adoption,I do not home kitties that have ongoing health issues,it's not fair to her or her potential adopters

As Layla grows and if we can get her to the stage of being able to be sterilised we will revisit the option of the perfect home for her

I got some lovely cat beds from Kim from Catopia Boarding and Rescue NPC 2022/873200/08 for my birthday

These beds were added to the cat tree that Brett made from Frankl and Forest

The cats absolutely love their beds

Layla Update

Today we took Layla to see the incredible Dr Glynis at Snip Veterinary Clinic

Unfortunately Layla has had diahorrea again,Glynis did a f***l float and found nothing significant

Layla will continue on her diahorrea suspension,probiotics and good food!

The incredible news is that Layla is finally 1kg
We never ever thought we'd get her to this point but we have

We are so incredibly proud of this little girl!
