Meet Daisy and Lex both young adult Miniature Pincture x who is looking for their forever homes. They love human attention and get along with other dogs. Lex also gets along with cats not sure about Daisy.

Yet another cat caught in a snare

Anofher plea for help with a cat caught in a snare in Randfontein. This Orange female cat called Jik was caught in a snare, she manage to brake out but was walking with the snare around her chest.
Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary went out and trap her.
Snare was removed, sterilized and released back as there is amazing people who take care and feed this colony.

🐱 Trap- Neuter - Release 🐱

Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary assist this Amazing human being Cindy who lived on Plot to trap - neuter and released the cats on her property.
Cindy hats of for you, not only do ypu feed the feral cats on your property but also took the responsibility to neuter all of them.

Round 1 - 3 cats were sterilized
Round 2 - 2 cats were sterilized

Another 3 to go and we also want to say that this is a small healthy feral colony.

This puppy was taken away from people who wants to sell him, he was handed in at Homestead Avenue Veteterian Hospital.
He is now in the care of Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary.

He might be stolen, if this is your doggy or you know to whom he belongs, please get in touche with us.
Proof of ownership will be required, if not claimed in 7 days, he will be up for adoption.

Another huge thank you to Elizabeth and Denise for the amazing donation of various goodies to sell in our charity shop.

Please come visit our charity shop we have all sorts of amazing goodies on sale as well as books for R10 each.
All proceeds goes to buy cleaning products to keep our animals bedding and cages clean.

A heartfelt thank you to Teresa for the amazing donation of cat beds and blankets for our cats. Training pads for puppies and 2 amazing bird cages to sell in our charity shop.

Stray mommy cat - Randfontein

We collected this stray mommy who gave birth in a kind family's yard. Unfortunletly they have big dogs and they were concerned about the mommy and about 5 days old kittens in the cold and rainy weather.

Mommy is absolutely not feral and should've belong to someone, if you cat went missing recently and this could be her please get in contact with us.

She is safe, warm and fed with nutrition food at Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary.
