Dear Valued Client,
We have seen a significant increase in tick-borne diseases over the past week. Due to the high rainfall this season, tick populations have increased dramatically.
We strongly recommend that your animals are protected with a reliable antiparasitic treatment at all times. Even pets that remain within a yard are at risk, as free-roaming animals such as birds can occasionally introduce ticks into the environment.
Tick fever can be a life-threatening disease, but it is largely preventable with appropriate parasite control.
