Who stepped up at the 11th hour to assist Paws Haven 🐾 with our annual Adopt-A-Boss day this Friday, 8th August 2025.

One phone call ☎️ is all it took!

Without question, delay, or hesitation, Chris Olivier of EastVaal Toyota Potchefstroom immediately agreed to provide both a 16 seater Quantum mini-bus, as well as a driver to collect all the ‘stray’ bosses at various locations in Potchefstroom & deliver them to us at the Paws Haven 🐾 premises.

So many gorgeous juvenile (young) and adult cats looking for a 2nd chance at a good life they so richly deserve. The warmth, safety & love of a home they once knew before being surrendered due to no fault of their own. Please consider adopting a juvenile or an adult cat. There are so many benefits i.e. Potty trained, beyond the ‘toddler & teenage’ stage, over kitten diseases, won’t fall pregnant, roam the streets in search of a female, wont spray or get into fights as they are sterilized. They have settled down and just want to lay on a bed in the sun or curl up in your lap.
And finally, they shower you with love 💗 and affection 😽 as a sign of their gratitude for giving them a loving home again! 😻

Please don’t overlook the shy, the slightly scared or the ‘not so pretty’ ones ….. They probaly need you even more!

FOR THE LOVE 💗 OF A CAT 😻
From surrendered at a very early age, 6 years spent in the shelter, adopted twice and returned twice due to no fault of his own. This beautiful, extremely friendly pure white senior male cat Fritz was given a 2nd chance at the good life that he so richly deserves by ourselves 8 months ago when we were told he only had between 1 to 6 months to live and we did not have the heart to place him back in the shelter. This is him 8 months later.
