❓ Why does my dog snore so much?

Many dogs snore, and in most cases it's completely normal. Flat-faced breeds like Pugs, Bulldogs, and Boston Terriers are especially prone to snoring because of the shape of their airways.

Sometimes, though, excessive or sudden snoring can be a sign of: 🐶 Being overweight 🐶 Allergies 🐶 A respiratory infection 🐶 An obstruction in the airway

If your dog's snoring has suddenly changed, is becoming louder, or is accompanied by coughing, laboured breathing, or tiredness, it's worth having them checked by your veterinarian.
