Every business starts somewhere. Ours started with heartbreak.

When Retha founded Pawsome Raw, it wasn't because she spotted a gap in the market. It was because she'd lost pets she loved and started asking hard questions about what she'd been feeding them.

The more she researched, the more she couldn't un-know what she'd learned. Processed kibble. Fillers. Ingredients you can't pronounce. Food that looks nothing like what a dog or cat would ever eat in nature.

So she did something about it.

Pawsome Raw started small, built on the belief that our pets deserve to eat the way nature intended. Real meat. Real ingredients. Nothing hidden, nothing processed beyond recognition.

Years later, that belief hasn't changed. Every pack we send out is made with the same care we'd want for our own animals.
