Certain foods that are safe for humans can be toxic to dogs. Here’s a list of common foods that you should never give to your dog:

1. Chocolate
Contains theobromine and caffeine, which are toxic to dogs. Dark chocolate and baking chocolate are especially dangerous.

2. Grapes and Raisins
Can cause kidney failure in dogs, even in small amounts.

3. Onions and Garlic
Contain compounds that can damage a dog’s red blood cells, leading to anemia. All forms (raw, cooked, powdered) are dangerous.

6. Avocado
Contains persin, which can cause vomiting and diarrhea in dogs. The pit can also pose a choking hazard.

7. Macadamia Nuts
Can cause weakness, vomiting, tremors, and hyperthermia in dogs. Even a small amount can be dangerous.
