We will be taking our sheep to State Fair next week Monday! Come visit us in the sheep barn! And while you are there, check out all the Indiana produced products in the wool room. Emma’s farm is selling home grown and organic catnip! Here are a few photos from last nights leading session.

Yesterday we had 2 wonderful kids show our Shetlands in the Boone County 4H show. All of Natalie and Korbyn’s hard work with the lambs paid off and they took home Champion and Reserve in both ewe and ram. So proud of these 2 who come over several times a week to work on not only their sheep, but the whole farm. Very nice Shetland turn out at the show with 6 kids competing. All the kids did great! Another shout out to their parents who get them to our house and even jump in to halter break when they can. Awesome kids and awesome families! ❤️🐑🐏🥇

Calling all our fellow sheep producers... this should be a really great program and just for $10! FAMACHA is the system we use to avoid parasites in our sheep. It works great for us. If you're in central Indiana we recommend you take advantage Sunday the 26th in the evening.

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Purdue Agriculture’s Indiana Sheep and Wool Market Development Program and the Indiana Sheep Association (ISA) are jointly sponsoring a new program called the Indiana Flock Exchange, which will take place in three regions of the state starting in July.
