***Attention Clients***

Beginning on Monday, August 11th, we will be launching a new software system in the clinic. We are excited be able to offer email and text vaccine and appointment reminders with this new software and there will be even be an online portal for you to access your pet's vaccine records, request prescription refills, or even make an appointment request. (More info about that later!)

Importantly, please keep in mind that our staff and doctors are learning a new system and data import between platforms comes with mild aches and pains. While we are adjusting the schedule to accommodate the extra time demands needed to learn an entirely new software next week, we would appreciate some grace if we are a bit behind or if it takes longer for us to get to your phone call. We would also appreciate a 24 hour notice on any needed prescription refills. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon!
