This is one reason I hate invisible fencing. My daughter was walking down a sidewalk. Lady said her dog isn't friendly my daughter said no worries I won't make eye contact. Lady said we have invisible fencing. Dog ran out and bit my daughter. Train your dogs.

Thank you everyone. She will be ok. Police were called because we don't want the dog attacking a child. A child would be worse. They would scream and move around. This is why my daughter wasn't bit more she remained calm like she was taught. The dog had his rabies vaccine.
