It's World Turtle Day, and we're totally shell-abrating! (Just don't tell our tortoise friend in the picture we said that!)

Fun Fact Friday: Tortoises are terrestrial, while turtles are all about that aquatic life!

CSR Rockstar Ravyn 🌟

Ravyn has always had a passion for animal care. As a young girl Ravyn’s parents owned a family owned pug rescue as well as many pets of their own. Ravyn had managed a daycare/boarding facility before joining the WAC team, as a tech assistant in 2022! Ravyn is currently in school at Penn Foster studying veterinary technology, working towards becoming a CVT. Since November Ravyn has moved up front to work with the front desk team bringing her technician knowledge with her, while still helping in the back occasionally! When Ravyn is not studying she enjoys traveling, working as an esthetician and hanging with her Dog Maisy and Dragon Lola.

Today’s CSR spotlight is Reya!

Reya grew up in New York where she attended Paul Mitchell - the school for cosmetology. Reya worked at a few salons but was unable to find passion in her work. Reya then moved to Boston in 2021 and began walking dogs. She had always wanted to work with animals, and this brought that spark back to her life. During her time walking dogs, she learned a lot about dog training and dog behavior through the companies she was employed at. Reya spends her free time hiking with her two dogs, Charlotte, and Cody, as well as spending quality snuggle time with her cat, Sully

Today we are all about Kim! Our OG CSR here at Westside!! 😊

Kim was born and raised in Rutland, MA, where she still resides.
At a very young age, Kim knew in her heart that she wanted to work with animals.
Her first job was working at a boarding facility, and then Kim went on to work closely with an animal shelter.
Kim has been in the veterinary industry for 45 years. She has been with Westside Animal Clinic since 2006. She has a great passion for working with both animals and people.
In her free time, Kim loves camping, fishing, and taking adventures to the beach in her Jeep wrangler.
She also is very passionate about building and repurposing recycled items and turning them into treasure.
Kim rescued a 5 year old Bulldog named Annie that is the light of her life!

Today we want to thank Caitlyn! She is our Lead CSR.

Caitlyn was born and raised in Worcester Massachusetts. She graduated from Westfield State University with her Bachelors of Science in Business Management.
She started here at Westside Animal Clinic in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative, and in 2021 became the Lead Customer Service Representative When not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two Saint Bernards (Jaxon and Reilly). She loves traveling, being outdoors, and going on adventures with Jaxon and Reilly.
