Dear Clients,
Due to a current issue of Covid-19 cases among some staff members at my clinic, I have had to take the difficult decision to close my practice for the coming week and plan to reopen on Monday April 5th. The fact that some of my employees will need to self-isolate at home makes it impractical to try to remain open this week with limited staff.
I recognize how frustrating this is and the disruption this will cause many of you. However, the safety and health of both my employees and clients remains my priority, and it is with this in mind that I have taken this difficult decision. Following the confirmation that Covid-19 was present among the staff, I closed the clinic, and the building has been professionally deep cleaned and sanitized.

My clinic has not had any issue with Covid prior to this week, but this experience reminds me that despite the many protocols we have in place, we must remain vigilant at all times.
