Dr. Merza and her staff volunteered at our towns’ rabies clinic today. They vaccinated 107 dogs and cats! Such a great cause to help our community!

Our pet of the week is Butters! Butters is a diabetic and we love seeing him for his blood glucose tests! He’s is the sweetest boy!

Thank you so much to The Crazy Cow Creamery for choosing us to win a visit from your ice cream truck! It made our day to have a sweet treat at work! Be sure to check out their shop in town, and their truck is available for rental as well!

🇺🇸 We will be closed for Memorial Day this Monday, May 25th . If you need your pets’ medication or prescription food refilled before the holiday, please call our office ASAP so that we can have it ready for you. Have a safe and happy Memorial Day! 🇺🇸

The CTDOT will be paving Center Street starting May 17th. The project is anticipated to be complete on June 5th. There will be lane closures during this time so please allow yourself extra time when coming to your appointments!

Dr. Merza, Jenn and Teddy participated in Wolcott High School’s Career Day today. They spoke about a career in veterinary medicine and educated the students about what it is all about. Hopefully these students will become future veterinarians!

We are so proud to say that Wolcott Veterinary Clinic is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year! 50 incredible years of having the honor to care for your beloved pets. Today, we celebrated that milestone with past and present employees, their families, and special friends. We were thrilled that Dr. Jeff Miler and his wife, Beth, were able to travel back to CT to celebrate the clinic that they started a half a century ago. On behalf of Dr. Merza and her family, and our entire staff, it is an honor to have served our community of Wolcott for so long. We look forward to celebrating the next 50+ years of caring for your pets!
